I've viewed this great video many times. It's is very respectful. But I have to say, if I have 50-100 birds to harvest over a fairly short period of time, this might be more time per bird than I could spare. My meat birds might have a bad day (the day of harvest), but it would be the only bad day in all of their short lives.
