"Nice to see you here, Shalley! Keep us apprised about availability. Also I'll take livers from any animals you have for my dog treats. We're having corned Asian water buffalo hash for breakfast Christmas morning. Yum! "

Farmer

Carrell Farms, Inc.

Both my husband, David and I grew up around farming and raised livestock and dairy animals in our youth.  We were members of the FFA and 4-H, went to college to study agriculture in a University system, and have both spent many years "uneducating ourselves" from the modern, conventional approaches to farming.

Carrell Farms is a 100% grass-based operation consisting of alpacas, Asian water buffalo, and sheep.  Located in Monroe, Georgia, we're the first alpaca farm in the southeastern US (since 1992).  We also raise 25 species of parrots in an endangered species breeding program.  Recently we began marketing our 100% grassfed meats under USDA inspection.
