"We're paying $708 a ton for organic 20% dairy mix that is coming out of VT. Needless to say we are not feeding a lot of grain to the cows. "

I'm a certified organic dairy farmer in Northern NY. My family milks 50 cows and grows a big garden, raises our own beef, pork, chicken, eggs and keeps bees. I have 5 children and a wonderful wife, Leah. We have 4 generation living here on the farm.
