Back to the BasicsI grow my own veggies so that I'm not poisoning myself or my family with gmo, chemical and pesticide laden produce. I admit, growing an organic garden is not easy! I'm not sure where I picked up this recipe but it's delicious! I made it for New Year's Eve.Apricot and Cranberry JellyTime to prepare: 25 minsIngredients:2 cups water2 cups sugar4 cups cranberries1 cup chopped dried apricots1 orange, zestedDirections:Boil the water and sugar together for 5 minutes.
