Need Help! Presenting in Economics on GMOs

Miss me?  My life has been crazy hetic with school, kids, and my mini farm!  My Econ class has asked me to present on GMO's since I always comment on it.  I need to present both sides and I am having trouble finding a piece of information.  Does anyone know the price for GMO corn on a large scale farm?  Plus any other breakdowns in price.  I will present GMO vs. Organic.  Plus any other cost that anyone can think of that could be added to the presentation. - Thanks! See More

The other day there was a blog regarding writing a book, and I thought wow my husband would be wonderful at that.  The next day he came home with a book he had written for one of my daughters and I thought it was worthy of becoming a published children's book.  He gafted me off until a few others said the same thing.  Does anyone have any advice about doing this?  Hubby is now going a million miles a minute and I want to cover all of our bases.See More

My Children Eat Too Healthy

Posted on December 10, 2011 at 11:00am 4 Comments

Our society tries to place everything, whether its people, animals, or plants into a one size fit all mold to create shareholder wealth.  This planet was created, thrived, and evolved, with diversity and I embrace it. People often wonder why I am so passionate about our food and why I fuss about the industrial food system and GMOs.  Natural food is my passion, because it is my roots.  They do not understand that it’s at the base of which I am the experiences of my life; it nourishes the…
