Has anyone delved into flash freezing? While thinking about better ways to freeze strawberries, I realized using a cryogen like liquid nitrogen would likely yield great results, increasing the quality of the stored product. Obviously, there are logistic issues with obtaining, transporting and using liquid nitrogen, but there are dangers faced with using any tool. Thanks in advance!See More
