Selling the homestead
Hi! We need to sell our homestead in order to expand. We are bulging at the seams! I have to admit that the task seems really intimidating given the housing crisis in our country. I want to avoid using a realtor just because I don't think we can afford the commission. I don't mind marketing it on my own and would like to really tap into the homesteader groups, etc. Does anyone have any advice for us?
