"No!  That's the beauty of it...I don't have much experience at all unless you call hobbling things together all my life.  There's not a true angle on this whole coop!  LOLOL   The braces are easy...you make…"

"Wow! Great photos. It is even more complex then I originally thought. I wouldn't know how to make the braces for the nest boxes or definitely not the door. You must have a lot of experience. Thank you for sharing."

"Hi ~ J Green, I don't navigate this site very successfully, so forgive me if you have posted some plans and I just can't find them. I would love to copy this. I am not a carpenter at all, but would like to build a simple coop that is…"

"Yeah...that could be confusing.    I built it myself and it took me 10 days, so it's an easy build.  I'm not a great carpenter but it's very sturdy.  There are some things I'd do differently but not…"

"Thanks, J!  I hadn't read all the captions and didn't realize it was YOU that built it!  I don't know why, but I was picturing J Green as a man.  :)  Probably because there's a man at our church named Jay…"

J Green replied to Manijeh Baxter's discussion Raw milk didn't separate into curds and whey. Is there anything I can still use it for?
"I'm not sure what you were trying to do with the milk but you can place it in a jar and shake it, continue to shake it until the butter fat starts to cling to other butter fat molecules and in the end you will have a chunk or several chunks of…"

Hello, J Green!  Love the name...you had replied to a comment to M. Vickers regarding BASIC H.  Have you considered using it with your chickens to keep the operation as green as possible?  We have a gal who is using H for a lot of applications.

Yes, I've used it with my chickens, as well as my sheep, cows, and dogs.   I even used it on myself before I ever gave it to the animals!

How funny!  That's true!  It's good for all kinds of creatures.  Keep it in mind and keep me in mind if you want to use it again:    solutioncenter.myshaklee.com  405-321-2122   I especially feel it's a healthy green alternative that really works.  We love what it can do.

Sure thing, Karen!  I'm currently low on it but will give you a shout when I'm ready to use it again.  People think it's expensive but they don't consider just how long it lasts...I've been using the same bottle for the past 5 years!

I have some chicks that are two weeks old. How long before I can put them in the coop with the other hens? There are 9 hens and 1 rooster in the coop now the chicks are kept in a dog cage in the house. I let them out in the day time in a small enclose pen and bring them back in at night.   Ellen from Georgia
