That is awesome...did you adapt something to hold the juice in or does that piece come with the dehydrator?  It is hard to tell from the picture how deep the juice is in the circular pan.

These plastic trays came with the dehydrator but they are very shallow, so I bet you could use wax paper and just don't put so much puree in so that it doesn't run off the sides.  Or maybe you could drain your puree a bit to make it thicker before starting and then it won't take so long to dry also.
