My neighbor, who has beautiful gardens 13 years in the making, said to me yesterday "You are awfully ambitious"
Yes I believe I am~

sad note...Rabbits already got my cabbage starts! Curses. I seem to have planted everything rabbits love. Could be a problem. Now...a possible solution?
Put a small fence around it. The way it's built (Looks great by the way!!!) a small 2 foot high fence should be all you need to stop the bunnies from having breakfast, lunch, & supper.
Thanks Karen! That is the plan. They were back last night! Grrrrrr~
The challenge is finding something that looks nice so the HoA doesn't flip a switch! I have this picture in my head of construction fencing (bright orange) Wouldn't that put their panties in a bunch! LOL
Tina sometimes you just have to make a statement
The developement behind me has a lot of deed restrictions one of which is no outside clotheslines - took the dog for a walk one day and there was one house that decided to buck the system and not only had she strung a line in her front yard everything she hung out to dry that day were under garments wasn't long and we started seeing more & more clotheslines going up.
Indeed! A statement I shall make. I have my clothes line ready for the back yard! I just need the spousal unit to install the line. LOL.
Right now, as a temporary solution, I have pots covering the starts at night. That seems to be their favorite feeding time. I am looking for fencing this weekend. Functionality is key, not aesthetics at this point!
Enjoy your day~
