I am just looking up the recipe now. The ones I have found call for puff pastry but it looks like you made your own...did you?

I did. The recipe is on my homemaking blog site: modernishhomemaker.blogspot.com . . . I used pre-made pie crust, but it works just as well from scratch - any good pie crust recipe will work (it'd probably be especially good with bacon grease instead of butter).
