We are selling fresh farm eggs to a few friends.  I do not wash or refrigerate them.  This has been a HUGE adjustment in mindset for my city friends.  They are having such a hard time getting comfortable with room temperature eggs.   I don't have the refrigerator space to keep a large amount of eggs cool and I really don't want to become an egg washer.  What do you do if you sell eggs?
