Up here in Trout Lake we have such a short growing season that I have NEVER gotten any toms from seed, and that includes my lame attempts at starting the seeds in my mini green house. Even when I buy sturdy plants at the beginning of spring, I will only get about 4 ripe big tomatoes. The cherry toms seem to grow better but still, it is a battle keeping up w/ the weeds for such small yeilds. Hoping the Hay bale and tents I put up this year will do better then previous years.
