It is what got me thinking about farmsteading in the first place. =) Anyways, it has a great article about buying land. The author brought up questions that I would have never thought of myself. Questions like "Who would have the mineral rights?" and "Are there any streams running through the land? If so, what is located up stream?" I would recommend this magazine to anyone, especially people interested in farmsteading. I read it religiously. LOL.
