Hey all, have a question ! need a hand finding Heirloom seed vendors that are true heirlooms and dont sell GMO's. My wife and I want to get some Wheats and Oats (not sure what kind we should start with , but I hear that Winter Rye is a good green manure) We have a bunch of heirloom vegetable seeds but I am focus on Wheats and oats to use in baking and cereals. I want to steer clear of any "Patented" seeds and try to go with something that we can seed -save to continue to grow our own over time. Also if you know what wheat and oat make good human and chicken feed I would really like to know ! Thanks very much!
Please help if you can!

I purchased all my non gmo and heirloom seeds from St. Clare's seeds online. They are amazing! I believe the website is www.stclareseeds.com. Try them out!

, but they are the first ones I thought of when I read the title of this thread - I just started reading their book (library copy, so I won't be able to read a lot, but I love it so far!)
