One of my favorite places on earth is dairy farms! I love cows!! Goats, sheep and all manner of farm animal really. I have been to dairy farms all my life and even got to stay on one that distant cousins owned years ago in Idaho.  There is nothing to compare to the fresh flavors of foods grown on a dairy farm, full of fresh milk, cream and butter!!! My own hometown had several in the area, one right in town and sadly over the years, I watched them close down and the land get sold off and turned into suburban housing neighborhoods!.

Right now,it seems there is a real need for a new dairy to be started in the region of Northwest Florida/Southern Alabama (Escambia County, Florida/Baldwin County, Alabama area). I know That I would support it and be a customer. If there is one there and I don't know about it and a reader of this does, please tell me. If anyone is interested or knows of someone who would like to be a dairy farmer, I'd encourage them to start one in  that region.

Long live the small dairy farmer! Let's bring them back and support them!!
