Join Urban Adamah staff and fellows for an inspirational morning based loosely on the traditional morning Sabbath prayer service. Our rendition includes chanting accompanied by guitar and drums, silent meditation, poetry, movement and contemplative time on the farm. Avodat Lev (Service of the Heart) is designed to help you connect to yourself, one another and to that which connects us all. Join us at 9am for the service and stay for a potluck vegetarian brunch, torah discussion and guided farm tour. 9:00-10:30: Avodat Lev (lead by Adam Berman) 10:30-11:30: Potluck Brunch 11:30-12:30: Torah Discussion (lead by Casey Yurow) or Meditative Guided Farm Tour This event is free and open to the public, but please register in advance here: http://www.eventbrite.com/event/3706203354 |
